CYBRI Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes the information collected by Cybri Co. (“Cybri”), how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures. By using the website CYBRI.com (the “Site”) and the services, features, content, applications, widgets or mobile device applications offered by Cybri (collectively with the Site, the “Services”), you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy forms an integral part of Cybri’s Terms of Use Agreement, which is incorporated by reference. Any capitalized term used but not defined in this Policy will have the meaning defined in the Terms of Use Agreement. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully when using the Site and/or Services.

The Information Cybri Collects

a) Information You Provide

Cybri may collect and store any personal information you enter through the Services or the Site. This includes identifying information, such as your name, phone number, e-mail address, home address, employment history, citizenship, company information, professional licenses and certifications, and birthday.

b) Information Collected Automatically

Like many sites on the Internet, Cybri automatically collects information from your browser when you visit the Site. This information includes your IP address, your browser type and language, access times, the content of any undeleted cookies that your browser previously accepted from Cybri (see “Cookies” below), and the referring website address.

No personally identifiable information is contained in these cookies.

Cybri uses third parties, advertising companies, and ad networks to display advertisements on the internet. These companies may use tracking technologies, such as cookies, to collect information about users who view or interact with their advertisements. Cybri does not provide any personal information to these third parties.

How Cybri Uses the Information It Collects

Cybri may use information that it collects about you to:

  • Deliver the services that you have requested, including but not limited to by e-mailing you, forgotten passwords, newsletters, project notifications or promotional emails;
  • Manage your account and provide you with customer support;
  • Develop and display content and advertising tailored to your interests on our site and other sites;
  • Enforce or exercise any rights in Cybri’s Terms of Use;

With Whom Cybri Shares Your Information

Cybri does not share your personal information with others except as indicated below or when Cybri informs you and gives you an opportunity to opt-out of having your personal information shared. Cybri may share personal information with:

Cybri may share your personal information, which may include your name and e-mail address, with third parties that perform certain services on Cybri’s behalf. Cybri also may disclose your information, including personal information:

In such cases, Cybri may raise or waive any legal objection or right available.

  • In connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as the sale of Cybri’s business, a divestiture, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the event of bankruptcy.
  • Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers and/or networks located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, we transfer personally identifiable information to the United States and process it there. By using the Site and/or Services you thereby consent to such transfer.
  • Cybri may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your information, whether personally identifiable or not, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.

Third-Party Websites

There are a number of places on the Site and/or Services where you may click on a link to access other websites that do not operate under this Privacy Policy. These third-party websites may independently solicit and collect information, including personal information, from you. Cybri recommends that you consult the privacy statements of all third party websites you visit by clicking on the “privacy” link typically located at the bottom of the webpage you are visiting.

Your Information

If you delete or disable your account, Cybri may still retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, enforce Cybri’s Terms of Use, take actions Cybri deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Services or its users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. In addition, if certain information has already been provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, retention of that information will be subject to those third parties’ policies.

How Cybri Protects Your Personal Information

When you provide personal information through the Site or Services, the information is sent to servers located in the United States. Cybri takes appropriate security measures (including physical, electronic and procedural measures) to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. Cybri wants you to feel confident using the Site and Services. However, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although Cybri takes steps to secure your information, Cybri does not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information will always remain secure.

Children’s Privacy

Cybri restricts the use of the Site and Services to individuals age 18 and above. Cybri does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Visiting the Site and Services From Outside the United States

This Privacy Policy is intended to cover collection of information on the Site and Services from residents of the United States. If you are visiting the Site or using the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where Cybri’s servers are located and Cybri’s central database is operated. By using the Site and/or Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to Cybri’s facilities and those third parties with whom Cybri shares it as described in this Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that information you share conforms to all local data protection laws.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Cybri will occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When Cybri posts changes to this Privacy Policy, it will revise the date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Cybri recommends that you check the Site from time to time to inform yourself of any changes in this Privacy Policy or any of Cybri’s other policies.
