By using the website CYBRI.com (the “Site”) and the services, features, content, applications or widgets offered by Cybri (collectively with the Site, the “Services”), you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy forms an integral part of Cybri’s Terms of Use Agreement, which is incorporated by reference. The Information Cybri Collects

Cybri may collect and store any personal information you enter through the Services or the Site. This includes identifying information, such as your name, phone number, e-mail address, home address, and birthday. Cybri also requests information about your gender, occupation, username, home drop zone, weight with gear, and skydiving license, experience, discipline, and gear.

This information includes your IP address, your browser type and language, access times, the content of any undeleted cookies that your browser previously accepted from Cybri (see "Cookies" below), and the referring website address.

If you delete or disable your account, Cybri may still retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, enforce Cybri’s Terms of Use, take actions Cybri deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Services or its users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. In addition, if certain information has already been provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, retention of that information will be subject to those third parties' policies.

How Cybri Protects Your Personal Information

When you provide personal information through the Site or Services, the information may be sent to servers located in the United States and other countries around the world. Cybri takes appropriate security measures (including physical, electronic and procedural measures) to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. Cybri restricts the use of the Site and Services to individuals age 18 and above. Cybri does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
