By using the website (the “Site”) and the services, features, content, applications, widgets or mobile device applications offered by Cybri (collectively with the Site, the “Services”), you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy forms an integral part of Cybri’s Terms of Use Agreement, which is incorporated by reference. The Information Cybri Collects

Your Information

If you delete or disable your account, Cybri may still retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, enforce Cybri’s Terms of Use, take actions Cybri deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Services or its users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. In addition, if certain information has already been provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, retention of that information will be subject to those third parties’ policies.

How Cybri Protects Your Personal Information

When you provide personal information through the Site or Services, the information is sent to servers located in the United States. Cybri takes appropriate security measures (including physical, electronic and procedural measures) to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. Cybri wants you to feel confident using the Site and Services. However, no system can be completely secure. Children’s Privacy

Cybri restricts the use of the Site and Services to individuals age 18 and above. Cybri does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
